this post was originally written on my old xanga on may 27, 2007, with maybe a few minor tweaks. i just thought it was a pretty good self-introduction :3.

welcome to my VERY FIRST ENTRY WHOOOOT PIES AND STRAWBERRIES ALL AROUND. well... let's start out with YOU, my dear readers, learning every nook and cranny of the hyper, hard-headed, spontaneous little ninja named moofy :3.
... in 3rd person POV.
okay. hiya. *waves* see that girl? yeah, the one dancing like a chicken on the couch. that's moofy. she will not let out a description of her appearance, for it pretty much sucks, but if you would like to know how you should envision her, lookit her profile pic *points* ... when she gets it up. her favorite color is orange, even though it's not a good color for a ninja because its bright and catches attention and would not be a good choice of attire while stealthing around. however, orange works for moofy.
she goes to a catholic school, even though she's not catholic. mostly all of her school-friends are girls, even though mostly all of her block-friends are boys. she likes cute things, but most of the things she likes are strange.
her favorite animals are foxes; because they represent slyness and keenness and cleverness and mischief and everything that both fascinates and excites her. she especially likes old folk tales involving foxes. she remembers in 6th grade when her class had to make roman tales to explain a certain occurrence in nature, and she picked rain, and in her tale the rain was aphrodite's tears after she had been tricked by a fox in an effort to make the god of war love her, since he was the only one who wasn't completely captivated by her beauty. she is also fascinated and excited by roman gods and anything ancient egypt. she doesn't ponder religion too much but likes the idea of polytheism.
her goal in life is to have an exciting career, where something will be new and different every day. one of her worst fears is to grow up with one of those typical office jobs where all you do is sit at your desk and sort papers all day. she aims to become an actress, and likes to go to plays so she can be inspired to be in one someday. she just has to gain more control over her singing voice, and she thinks she'll have it down-pat.
she is naturally a carefree, spontaneous, open-minded, fun girl who is easy to get along with, but you should avoid getting into an argument with her. she's very headstrong, and does NOT like to be proven wrong. and damn would she make a good lawyer. she hates those serious, all-business moments though; even in a fight, she feels the need to crack a joke somewhere along the line, which sometimes turns out to be extremely sarcastic.
and FYI; she may not look like much, but she can punch you so hard in certain organs that you will never be able to reproduce.
she likes old, antique-esque things. you bring her to an antique shop, you better remember to bring your wallet. and bank savings. if given money (or if she steals it--watch out for her), she can go through tons of ka-ching bling bling in a single day, because she loves keepsakes and small, quaint things. and feathers. she loves those things to death. ignoring growing up with countless warnings of diseases birds carry, she'll pick up any kind of feather laying on the street, even if it's just a dull one, because she likes to think she can find beauty in anything.
and she has just recently learned that twilight meant sunset, when she had been believing for a long time that it meant sunrise. but she likes the idea of night turning into day better, even if she does like sunsets better than sunrises. a living, breathing, walk contradiction, she is.
her favorite fandoms are as following in no specific order: fullmetal alchemist, kingdom hearts, death note, naruto (she likes the characters, and the fact that they're ninjas, but not entirely the show itself; there's just too many pointless filler episodes), chr(o)no crusade, loveless (in which she absolutely adores natsuo & youji), final fantasy, dnangel, anything with johnny depp in it, hello kitty (she finds the characters undeniably adorable... her current favorite is chibimaru), legend of zelda, higurashi, and possibly many others that she cannot bother to put down at the moment.
... and probably half of the things she has described herself as here are simply what she wants you to see.
and now she thinks that is enough information you should really know. and she wants to go back to 1st POV.
